I forgot to do the workout yesterday.  

I am still here, I'm just quiet and a little busy.  

That video killed my arms again today.

601 remaining calories and I went over on protein and sodium (by a LOT) today.


Stupid FP won't let me end my day without filling my calorie intake

That's weird. I've never had that issue. It just says "Complete This Entry" once I've entered food.

But then it takes me back to my uncompleted day.
Ignore the weight number too, I have to update what I actually weigh.

And FYI for other people using this, you can lose WAY more weight than it predicts faster.

Oh yeah that's the message you're supposed to get. It won't ever totally close the day out. You can always go back and edit the day. It just "ends" it so you can see how much you'd weigh if you had days like that every day. And then tells your friends you've completed your journal for that day.
