I would suggest a 3lb weight first. I used my 2.5 Zumba toning sticks and I felt it.

I have 2lb weights for 30ds and I use 5-10lb weights for my strength and power hour class.

i really like my new name, but smurf.. it reminds me of that viv eden and whatever weird colored hair girl, and i think shes just ... well.. idk, shes not a cool chick.

Day 1 of my period, goes to the gym for leg day.

I am on day 2 of my period, sore as hell, bloated and cranky so that may be why.....but that picture really bothers me. Very few women are lucky enough to have genetics like that. Yes you can control your eating habits and work out during pregnancy, but even a lot of women who do that still have stretch marks, wider hips, extra skin, or other things like that from child birth.

I don't think the emphasis is being placed on stretch marks or her hips. Those aren't indicative of health and fitness. I think its showing that you can work your ass off after having kids and get in good shape, when so many women use "I just had a baby" as an excuse.
