Weighed in at 124lbs today at my 17 week check up today.

It's a weight gain of like 8lbs so far this pregnancy, but I really believe that the consistent workouts are helping!

I would think when you can physically feel your heart rate increasing and when you are warm doing it. You don't have to be sweating, just when you get heated.

I think of it as when my kids have torn up the house and someone is coming over on short notice.
I run around, actually run, pick up aand out away toys, clean counters, load the dishwasher, etc. And then vacuum. All in like 40 min lol.

Cleaning a 2 hour clean up mess in less than an hour, 3 hour mess in 1 1/2 hours etc
