Question:

If I do a workout video that has a 5 minute warm up, 10 minutes HIIT cardio, and a 5 minute cool down, do I log it as 20 minutes cardio? Or 10, and log the warm up and cool down separately?

I would count that as 20 minutes.

If it were me...I'd track the HIIT as 20 minutes by itself. You are burning a TON more calories doing that than I think MFP will count.

I have been on a cheat binge for 3 days. I'm okay today and starting over, but seriously pissed because after an initial loss of about 10 lbs, I'm just... stuck.

Dammit... I keep getting different answers. What's my damn caloric need? I'm afraid I may be eating too few?

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill as day one of my training and did intervals where I ran for 2 minutes in between walking. I did 10 minutes of running out of the 30 minutes. It was better than I thought it would be. I didn't know I could run for 2 minutes straight   I was sweating like a pig.

Ugh I'm eating roughly 1200.   I starve during the day, then dinner is big though. I shouldnt be having carbs after noon though

You can get a TON of calories from fruit and it burns well. I've seen people who are VERY fit eating over 2500 calories a day in just clean fruit and healthy foods. But they burn so many calories and it's all good foods.

Are you on MFP with half of this thread? You can input your stats and it will show you how many calories you need for each day.

And like Kassie said, fruit. Lots and lots of fruit. It's high in calories but it burns well.
