I forgot how good the ache from an intense workout feels the next day. My knees are so sore lol.

I think I over did it at the gym yesterday. My back is killing me.

I love cucumbers! And bought 5 yesterday  
To make sad little lettuce/cucumbers /dressing salads.

Yesterday....I didn't even log into MFP  

My scale's magical lithium "forever lasting" batteries are dead (after a freaking year) so I have no idea if I've made any progress at all  
but back to MFP today and some Tae Bo.

Ingredients

• 1 cup strawberries
• 1 banana (frozen)
• 4 ounces apple juice (no sugar added)
• 4 ounces water
• 2 handfuls spinach
• 1 tablespoon acai berry powder
• 2 tablespoons flax seeds
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• ½ inch piece of ginger

Instructions

1. Add everything to your blender, blend until smooth
2. Top with optional chia seeds
3. Enjoy!

Speaking of smoothies, DH got me a blender last year for my birthday or something, I wanted one so bad. And now after moving, the pieces aren't all together, thanks to DS getting into boxes in my room.  
wife fail.

Now I want a smoothie.
