Yep. And when we log exercise, it logs how many calories we burned so we can eat that many more calories that day if we choose to.

Just wanted to share this, it's delicious and surprisingly filling

Cucumber Salad

1 large cucumber
2 tsp coarse sea salt
1 Tbsp light sour cream
1 tsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar


Calories - 50
Fat - 1.7
Carbs - 7.9
Protein - 1



And this ^^ is a very good way to keep the protein in sandwiches but cut the carbs from bread. If you like cucumbers as much as me  

Yosicle torpedo popsicles make an excellent lo-cal dessert. 90 calories in 2. Sooooo good too.

I might be able to handle like half a cucumber around a sandwich like that. Idk if I could handle a whole one.

Did 4 miles on the elliptical and an entire upper body workout today at the gym

Cucumbers are tasteless!

It's not about the taste. I love the taste of cucumbers. It's more the texture. I can only handle so much cucumber before I have to take a break from them for the day.
