We are almost at 3ish months worth of challenge weeks!

This week I have just begun to eat "healthy"

and I don't like it, not one bit  
my stomach is not too happy about the diet change either  

but I have to lose this holiday weight

I am not going as hardcore as you Mary

But I have always eaten like an unsupervised 12 year old. 

My body is going into shock  

My diet needs another overhaul, I've slipped up a lot and it is hard to get out of those habits (darn it.) I've just fallen into this really bad routine. I need to seriously wake up from it.

I'm snacking on broccoli right now. I'm trying, dammit!  

In the past monthish I've gotten really bad in my diet. I drink soda. I don't count calories. I'm going to try to cut soda out and start counting calories again.

Mary boo, I'm down for the challenge.

I updated the op with this weeks challenge, i pick that area because i have a flat ass.. well not so much flat as it is just non existent. especially if i take a profile picture, its like hello boobs and itty bitty sitting space.

This has always been my diet. Lol. It got worse with pregnancy and if I can get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight, I can go back to eating like this.
