I just got back from a 2 mile walk and had to carry my son most of the way.

I went to Zumba toning and from the abs squats and sit ups I have been doing I'm dead.

I would just go in the order a different person replied and they go first and so on. But it is up to you.

So i guess i go first? If someone else wants to start they can, otherwise im going to focus on the butt/hip/thigh area. and of course with every challenge you can tweak it to where you see fit.

My ass needs a major lift. I don't think I'm really determined to make it smaller, cuz my man loves dat ass   but droopy ass is no bueno

So thanks to KNZ last damn post i ordered pizza.. BUT i only had 2 squares  
and ill just have a smoothie for dinner, so its, not awesome but not horrible.

And i think im going to try to have sex everynight possible, not because i want to feel closer to my husband..   but because it burns calories,,   but shhh dont tell him that.
