Water Break??

I'm 38 weeks today, I'm 4cm and 80 percent effaced so my Dr. stripped me membranes yesterday around 4pm. I was having contractions every 7-10 min all night until about 4 this morning when I sat up I felt a gush of fluid so I changed my clothes, put on a pad and laid back down. About 20 min later i stood up again and the same thing happend. It is now after 6am with no leaking or contractions... I'm so confused... I plan on calling my Dr. when his office opens but I'm kind of freaking out. Any advice?? TIA

Sounds like your water broke. Not everyone continuously leaks. I'd say go for a lon walk, do some squats, eat a ton of food, and head in!
