Wow that rent is nuts, we're moving in to a very big 2bd2ba in mid-feb for $575/mo.

You need to ask them about it, when I was looking to move from a 1bdrm to a 2bdrm at my last complex they prorated the rent.

That sounds awesome! Maybe we need to move down to where you are! Everything is around that price here, and believe it or not $1025.00 a month is a deal around here.
