Take a breather. Put her in the crib and relax for a few minutes. Watch a funny video on Youtube!

Woooooooah.... take a deep breath. My DS is the same way but it will get better. If you need a break just put her some where safe and walk away. Go get her when you have calmed down a bit.

Put her down and step away for a couple minutes and relax. Or get someone to help you so you can get a break.

Like the others said put her down for a minute and take a breather. Is there someone else there that can take her while you have a little break?

Could she be teething? Have a belly ache?

Step away for a few minutes and calm down..

Are you giving her baby food? Anything new introduced in her diet? If you are nursing have you eaten anything that might cause her to have gas?

Im not sure exactly how old she is but these are all the questions I ask myself when DS gets super fussy. Other than the nursing he is on soy milk..

*suck..
This works wonderfully..

Deeps breaths mama, if you have someone to help you walk away focus on breathing take a bath regroup and try again.
If not put the baby somewhere safe bed or swing and walk away and regroup..
*hugs!

Does she do better when you're holding her on your chest?
