CrossFit?!?!

I asked about this yesterday but i think i put it in the wrong place.
Anyway, has anyone ever tried it? Did you have good results? What did you think about it over all?
I'm supposed to start Monday, but i wouldlove more opinions before i pay the expensive fee.

I loved crossfit!! I had to do it for sports in high school so it was free for me but omg it was the best ever! I got nothing but great results its just very intense at first!
