A boiled egg with one piece of bacon. Or, a 1/4 cup of cooked grits with a slice of cheese. A half an english muffin, with a fried egg [I eat it like a sandwich]
For snacks in between each meal I do 5-7 Ritz crackers, sometimes a piece of cheese.
I did this diet for months when I was pregnant with Gestational Diabetes. I just started doing it again recently because I'm not able to exercise because I'm disabled and not allowed, so eating is the only way to lose weight. I've been counting carbs.

I poach the whites only, and add a little salt and pepper.

I usually have a large bannana, eggs(3 or 4 egg whites) and today I also had a piece of toast with PB2 on it(powdered healthier peanut butter) I usually eat a big breakfast. I added it up to be 288 calories. I try to stay below 300 for breakfast.

I boil them because its healthier than frying and its easy to just put it on and leave it while I get dressed and ready.

I buy egg whites and measure out 4 eggs and cook mine in the microwave like scrambled eggs. 1 egg white is only 17 calories! you could also boil eggs the night before or whatever and eat them quickly in the morning.

mine are scrambled..no salt no extra milk, but I'm GD and also have borderline high blood pressure so it changes things a bit. Whole egg has more protien I've been told so I don't seperate mine.
