my first to were right with the ultrasounds..first 6lbs..10oz. and second 7lbs 6oz. see I have no real reason to worry about this but its nagging at me. ugh! I have only gained 2lbs so far, but when they measured my stomache last time with the tape thing it showed she was 2 weeks ahead, but hopefully the ultrasound the 21st will make me feel better. lol.

Good luck! Hopefully baby won't be too big.

You sound just like me, I'm 39 weeks and I also have a very low pain tolerance, I'm freaking out about being in all that pain. I want to have her already so that I'm not uncomfortable anymore but at the same time I am so scared of how labor is going to be for me. I'm also scared that if they give me pain medicine that makes me feel loopy, ill have a panic attack from feeling weird, so idk what to do about that.

Yes I agree completely. I've been having irregular contractions since about 6PM and nothing is close together! The pain is definitely starting up and I get teary eyed. I can't imagine full on labor if I can hardly handle these little pains.

I have extremely low pain tolerance! My periods have always been awful due to slight endometriosis so I thought those pains were bad enough. But my baby was posterior (which they never bothered telling me) + I ended up in severe back labour. Thought I was gona go insane with the pain it felt like my back was slowly breaking. Only got a few stomach contractions + I barely felt them in comparison. I progressed way too slowly, I just kept trying to walk off the contractions, all around the hospital + outside in the grounds. My cousins were with me most of the time, talking me through them, holding me up etc. I got stared at by a group of teenagers by the a&e entrance ( I was down on all 4s lol) but they ran off as soon as I roared at them!   after 18 hours I couldn't stick it any more + I was exhausted so they put me in the labour ward with the gas + air. Didn't help much except make me stupid + woozy lol. Contractions kept wakin me so I ended up crying in frustration + agony so they gave me a shot of pethidine which helped me sleep for a little while. 24 hours only dilated to 1cm (cue a lot more tears) so they gave me more pethidine. Sweep done at 28 hours (no warning from midwife - bitch) which got me to 3cm. 34 hours, really couldn't even stand anymore with the pain + another midwife broke my waters (again no warning - they can be horrible in my local hospital). That just made it even worse so I finally got an epidural. (Which they tried inserting while I was rolling around with a contraction - wtf???) it worked brilliantly at first but baby got distressed + my bp dropped so low I had to be rushed off for a section. Before I really couldn't take it anymore though, I found walking really helped + swaying my hips, I looked funny but it helps the pain in some way. I was too stubborn to try the birthing ball (pain makes me angry lol) but I wonder now if it would've helped. People around constantly helped distract me too, had a great ol gossip with my cousins + even giggles though they stopped sharpish when a contraction hit.

I had cyst on my ovaries and quite a few miscarriages also crohns and IBS plague me and I dealt with that pain with the simple knowledge that it will not last forever. I don't have a low tolerance, but I think my mindset is why, I also make really rude jokes, and try and make myself laugh at strangers. (I know that's terrible) but it does no harm and distracts me. Distractions like a focus point, and music on my end would irritate me. Actually noise at all make me want to punch people when I'm in pain. Knowing it'll be over eventually get's me through it. But I still plan on AT LEAST IV meds if not an epi, I want to stick it out as long as possible.
