I generally don't like to make assumptions about people I don't know but I think it's safe to say this girl is smurfing dumb. Not only does she surround herself with terrible people but she also makes awful decisions on the regular. From what I've read and seen on TV she's not really a stable figure in her son's life. She argues in front of him with her mother and generally acts like an insane person which is never okay around a small child (or anyone really). She very clearly has a drug problem and while I'm usually understanding about something like that I feel no sympathy for her because it's obvious she isn't trying to better herself.

She really isn't in a position to reproduce. Ugh.

I really really want to believe she can do better than she has in the past. I want to see her do well and do right by her kids. What I don't understand from what I am seeing is why she doesn't have Jace back yet. She's got her own place, she married, and supposedly she's off drugs (I pray so, being pregnant and all), she says her and husband are both working... so why doesn't she go get her son back? The courts know it's generally best for children to be with their parents, as if she is clean and has her own place, it should be relatively easy to regain custody. The courts know that people make mistakes, she was so young when she had Jace, and not that being young is an excuse, but if se is clean she DOES deserve to raise her own child. My guess is that she doesn't really want custody, because she has the money to get a lawyer if her mom refuses to sign back custody. I want her to do well so badly, Jace deserves it. I am hoping she is doing as well as she claims and gets custody of Jace back as soon as possible. Perhaps I am too much of an optimist? But anything could happen, she could really surprise us all, and I hope she does!

I think shes a selfish ass and really doesnt want Jace back. She always made excuses before.... shes obviously still having an excuse.

she is so tiny.
and she looks so much like an old friend, who I dumped, because she wouldn't stop doing drugs.. lol

According to her tweets she has only been sober for 2 months. I'm sure she has to be sober for a certain amount of time before a judge will give her custody.
