Regular fetal movement.

When do you start feeling regular fetal movement? Like what gestation do they tell to you to start counting kicks etc? I've felt movement everyday for the past week (I'm 20w 5d) & haven't felt any today.

I don't know if it is just because I'm paranoid because yesterday, we had our mattress on the loungeroom floor because we've been camping out here since it's so hot & I slipped on the mattress and fell, but I was caught by the mattress & I landed on my back... I didn't hurt myself but now I'm worried.

I think 28 weeks for kick counts. But if you're feeli g them regularly before that u can start. I started around 24 weeks cause she was so strong and constantly moving.
