Would you?

posted 16th Jan
If you knew that this was your last pregnancy, would you opt to not find out the gender until birth? Why?

I was considering waiting until birth to find out the sex of our last baby, but I was too antsy to buy gender-specific clothing... so we found out. But now, knowing this is our last baby, it has me wondering if I should let it be a surprise this last time?

I'm panning in this to be my last pregnancy and nope! I had to know the gender! Only because I love preparing. And I couldn't do gender neutral colors.

I'd wait. Gotta go out with a bang, ya know?!

But seriously I'd wait but that's just me. I have always wanted a surprise sex baby.

My family wants us to keep it a secret. But because I can't wait and I refuse to buy gender specific clothes my husband and I decided to find out. But we aren't telling anyone in our family what we are having or our names that we have picked out. They can have the suprise. I'm telling people that don't know my family so they will never find out regardless.

Well, I have two boys and a girl already, so I have PLENTY of clothing, blankets, accessories for both sexes... so I really would be prepared either way.

I could bring a couple outfits for each sex to the hospital.

But I do feel like I'd want to have the dresser all organized and whatnot... Idk. It's such a hard choice.

I feel like it would be fun... and since this is the last chance I will have, I should do it.. i just don't know if I have the self-control not to find out!

Well if you have all of that then yeah I think you should wait.

This is my last pregnancy as well and with the 1st two we left it a surprise and it was really nice finding out at the birth. We were lucky enough to get one of each. This time we are thinking that maybe we should find out but im not 100% sure I want to or not.
I think you should leave it a surprise its so special finding out at the birth

Just look at it this way, the sex won't ALWAYS be a mystery!   You can do it!

I plan to opt not to know with my next. I'm hoping my next is my last but I'm young. And just to have the surprise of it. I feel like it'll be more emotional at the birth But you never know.

I wouldn't find out. Especially if you have enough of both sexes stuff.

I think that would be soo awesome!

I have clothes for both sexes and this is my surprise baby! It was hard going to my anatomy scan; but I made her promise NOT to tell me ... I nearly caved near the end but she was like, "You are having a healthy baby" - that kept me from asking again haha, weird thing is ... it seems to bother others that I don't know more than ME! You can do it!
