what are the risks with haviing it in pregnancy,
and could it be bad if you werent diagnosed in time?

Baby can get really big, and have trouble with low blood sugar after birth.

My OB told me the risks of stillborns were higher with untreated/non careful GD mommas, possibility of having a huge baby, blood sugar problems for baby after birth.
