Ok, fair enough, Fast and Furious was a trainwreck.
But they were at least trying to solve a problem. That doesn't make what happened anything less than awful, but how does it relate to a big gov't conspiracy to take all our rights away?

I agree with the end statement. The rest of the world likes that guy for the most part. It's the people here at home that can't stand him.

That's just funny to me, because most people think of "American Trash," if they think in those terms at all, as the uneducated (or undereducated) masses who are full of paranoid conspiracy theories and believe religion and theory over science and fact. Interesting to see the difference in perspective here.

See this kind of thing is offensive to me. The fact that people are saying that these parents should be acting a certain way, crying their eyes out, puffy eyes blah blah...have you ever lost anyone who is like apart of you? like a child or a parent? I have never lost a child, and its far worse then losing a parent...but when I was 12 I found my mothers dead body..so I somewhat have an idea of the pain....like I said losing a child would be FAR WORSE! but, at that age I was and just finding her body was VERY hard for me....Thing is, I didn't cry when I found her, I called 9/11....I was sitting out in the car while the cops were in the house...not really thinking much of it...when the cop came out and told my my mother had passed away...I almost had to FORCE myself to cry...the first stage to grief is DENIAL! Sure some people my sob uncontrollably, which is why you didn't see every parent on tv making statements...some people are just stronger then others and are able to handle it better...which is why the husband spoke and not the mother.
I didn't really cry cry for like 2 weeks, then BAM it hit me and it hit me hard!!! it was like wow shes really gone, im never going to see her again....but how is one REALLY suppose to act? its not like they're casey anthony going out and partying it up....


Anything that happens people on the internet with WAY to much time on their hands. Try to find any and everything to turn it into a conspiracy. The fact that they are doing it on an event that took the lives of 20 children disgust me..they are calling their parents ACTORS!!!!
god forbid this happens to any of our children, and people say that we are not sincere and that we are actors...imagine how that would make you feel...taking the blame off the guy who really did it and putting it on the government...its sick and it really pisses me off...

Just because I believe our government doesnt have a secret agenda or things they keep from us does not mean I believe every little conspiracy or theorist out there.

Maybe. I don't know if it will or if it won't but I DO know that there is a government in place right now (actually for decades) that is slowly but surely stripping the citizen's of this country of their rights.

This president's BLATANT and UNAPOLOGETIC actions speak volumes about what the American public wanted in a leader. This country is hell bent on a "king".

There are STRIKING similarities between that communist regime of the past and this one we have here, now. It's just that one lied about his intentions (Obama) and one didn't.

I, for one, DO NOT trust my government. They are deceitful crooks, looking to line their own pockets, protect their own interests and seize as much power as possible. Hell, they don't even HAVE to "seize" power. The citizens hand it over freely, all in the name of "safety and security".

There are bills out there to amend or completely do away with the 22nd amendment

I think you're line of thinking is pretty rational. First off, how many parents have refused to do interviews? Most people don't want to get on television if they're sobbing uncontrollably. So I would imagine that most of the people interviewed agreed to do it at a time that they felt strong enough to sit down and talk about it. I'm sure they've probably done hundreds of hours worth of interviews and cherry picked what they actually show. That, with the magic of editing, could make it seem like people aren't overtly emotional.

Also, people who were interviewed in the first day or two are probably still in a state of shock. Anyone who knows about the stages of grief knows that most people go through a stage of denial. I would imagine that, in a situation like this one, the denial could last a long time. So they could be at a point where, even though they know it's happening, deep down they don't really believe it.

I still can't fathom WHY we are interviewing the parents at all or pouring over this the way we are. I get it, they have a child who died, but they weren't there, so other than talking about their hurt, I don't get the reason that is "news"....especially as compared to any other parent who has lost their child in a random & violent way. Ohhhhh, that's right, these were rich white children who were shot at school, a place we can all relate...not poor black children killed in their own homes & yards via stray bullets from drivebys. I am sorry they are dead. I am sorry about ALL children who die from any violence are dead. I also feel as a society we get caught up in the wrong ideas of how to "fix" things or what matters the most all.the.time.
