Toning as you lose?

Is there anyway to lose 130lbs and tone as you lose so you don't end up with a bunch of flabby skin?

What should you do to tone?

My whateversheis has me on a food plan, 60-90 minutes of cardio a day, and yoga at night.

Is there something else I need to be doing?

Try going for walks and slowly work into jogging, then the same with running. IOt doesn't have to be far at all. Tyr drinking mostly water as well.

strength training. kettle bell workouts, using weights while doing squats/lunges ect. look into crossfit style workouts.

you'll have skin;.. hta'ts a lot of weight.

but.. to help increase skin elasticity.. drink a lot of water.. and take omega 3,6 ...

I used to work for a weight loss company. that's about all you can do.. aside from surgery

my local gym has "red light therapy toner" I guess it's like collagen or something? Anyway it helps make skin "firm" and tone. I'm not sure if that would help, and idk a lot about it because I don't personally use it. But if you have a planet fitness, maybe look into that?

I would maybe add in more strength training. And try pilates instead of yoga at night to change it up. Good luck!!
