Some weird guy in his 50s from my English class tries to be subtle about how he needs a girlfriend. And then some punk ass kid in my anthro class asked me to lunch today.  

I get it from errywhere.

I wouldn't have had time. It could have been totally just a friendly invite but he's been inching closer to me every class period. He's an intelligent guy and we've talked in class before. I don't wear a wedding set so I just hope I'm not sending the wrong signals to people.   I can get quite friendly if I'm interested in what we're discussing.

Probably but he's a kid and it makes me feel a bit pervy to even think about.

I can understand you OP, in a way, lol. Not that I necessarily feel old (because I don't, I feel like an infant tbh), but because my parents are getting old! My dad is supposed to retire next year, and my grandmother is well over 90 and ailing... So I would like to have kids somewhat young so that my parents will be able to have a relationship with them. If I wait until I'm 30 my parents will be, by the time my kids get more "aware", too old for a more rewarding relationship with them. So yeah...

"Young" is in comparision with my sisters who had their 1st kids at 33 and 28, and the 34 year old sister who still doesn't have kids. I wouldn't want one younger than 23, and preferably after 24, tho... but since I can't take birth control and most probably have inherited my mother's fertility (5 children, only 2 of them planned)... I don't know how much of that can be planned, lol.

I was almost 30 with my 1st, got pregnant a month after conceiving, second one we tried for 8 months, and 3rd we tried for 10 months. I know I am a better Mom than I would have been in my early 20's. I partied my face off before I had kids, traveled, had my career, and now my job/privelage is being Mom. My youngest has autism but I don't believe that has anything to do with our age-I was 34 at his birth, and 35 was the age I refused to try to have kids any more. I have zero regrets, and am glad I didn't try to have kids with some of the jackasses I dated.

I was 31 when I had Eva. I was 30 when we conceived. It took us 6 weeks of ttc so no problems there. I actually knew I didn't want kids young. Some people are made to be younger mums but I knew it would be late 20s-early 30s for me. I wouldn't change it. In fact there were 26 other women from my old school the same age as me who have had their first baby in 2011 so it must've been something taught to us subconsciously in our class hahaha.

Dirty old men are funny sometimes but they can be annoying as hell.
My grandfather's friend, who is also his age, wanted me to come strip for him. He even said he'd pay me.  
I was like hellllllll no! Not even for your birthday, dude!
