I lost 20 lbs in 4 mos. it was a little slow but I was going over my limit a lot Gettig used to cutting down and learning how to limit calories.
But I was like 30-40 lbs above my goal weight. Of u have a smaller goal it might be harder. But the middle was te easiest once I figured out how to make stuff super low calorie.
I ate a lot of chicken, bell peppers, Visalus shakes. I found tortillas that were 100 calories for big ones. Ate as much organic as possible. Made sure I followed serving sizes on labels. Used olive oil or sunflower oil for cooking. Used my fitness pal religiously. It didn't go in my mouth until it was logged. Ate out only at Applebee's for their under 550 menu since its got the best food that's actually quite filling I had a few nutrisystem meals that someone have me that I'd eat sometimes. I used rice cakes for a bread substitute. I even ate hamburgers on a rice cake. Yum
before i got pregnant i cut my calories down to about a 1000 a day, maybe a little less. i lost about 60 pounds in 5 months or so. i was also a very active person, and worked out everyday. my sttarting weight was 190 and got down to 130, never looked better... cant wait to start working out again to get back to that
