Loosing weight

I understand eating healthy and exercise. But is there any certain diets that really helped you guys? I cant get under 120 and my goal is 100-105 (im really short and thats my pre pregnancy weight). Ive been eating healthy this whole week but havent had much time to work out. Im 7 months post partum and i thought i would bounce back by now.. Silly me lol. But i do crunches sometimes but I was just wondering if theres any names of any diets that really helped you guys? certain foods, what??

The Dukan low carb diet helped me lose 32 pounds after my delivery. The diet is a low-carb, high protein diet that is surprisingly easy and manageable in the long run. You should look into it.

I'm also giving my focus on this. For this we have to take an healthy diet, drink water as can possible, Go for a walk daily.

Thank you! Since this post, I have lost 5 pounds by eating healthy and drinking water. I have 10 more pounds to go!!

You should focus more on raw veggies foods if you want to lose your body weight.
Eat more fresh fruits and raw green vegetables to burn the fat and keep the weight under control. Also do some light workouts such as walking, jogging, sits ups etc for cutting excessive weight.

Thanks. I cant really get out and walk or jog cause its freezing cold here, way to cold for my baby to go on a walk lol
