Are on sale this week. What is your best sweet potato recipe? If you make baked sweet potatoes, how do you prep them and how long do uou cook them?

I LOVE baked sweet potatoes! It was actually my biggest craving the first part of my pregnancy! I loved the salty/sweet aspect of just some butter and salt but my husband liked it when I put some butter,brown sugar & cinnamon on his.
