I got a full time job. Met people, but realized how much my priorities have changed, so the people I met were just work friends.
People my age are still in that party stage, very few aren't unless they have kids.
The people I do get along with are usually in their late 30's, but not all want to hang around a 23 year old.

Kinda. My husband an I try to have people over as much as we can so I can get some adult time. His army friends and their wives come over sometimes. Other than that yes. I miss my friends so much. We all got sent to different duty stations it sucks. I'm trying to make new ones but it's hard knowing that in a few years after were close we will have to leave them to 

I do sometimes, but I'm back in school now which helps me with getting out of the house and getting on BG and tumblr helps me for socializing.

that is the same as me. I don't even like going to the store. I have 4 kids it takes forever to get them ready and in the car. They are all still in 5pt harness seats. By the time I get home and get the kids in the house I don't feel like carrying in the stuff I bought.

I suppose I should add, I'm not concerned with making friends. I have a few good friends, but I'm kind of a loner. Work, for me, is a vacation with a paycheck. I don't have the patience to be a full time SAHM, I need a break and work is my break.

I'm in college but I only go one day a week for a few hours. I'm 25 and most of the ppl are younger or don't have kids. So they are all talking about what parties they are going to or how awful it is to still live at home because mommy didn't give them enough spending money this week. I have nothing in common with them so I feel isolated there also.

Yes... so much so that I feel like the biggest social retard.

I have my own car but I have no friends... I have people who I sometimes chit chat with on FB who I used to be friends with, but they have no children or interest in children, really... For the past 5 years while they've been partying, I've been living & breathing all things kids... I have nothing else to talk about besides the weather. lol.

I feel so out of touch with the real world that it's not funny. I am battling depression & I hate it... this is what I always wanted, to have a family & to be there for them 100% but now that I am, I feel like it's so hard, like I've lost myself as a person.

I was going to go back to work because my youngest is in pre-school & my oldest is starting big school, but now I'm pregnant with #3. I need to relearn how to interact with people in real life because I'm hoping I can finally make some mummy friends through pre-school & school & maybe join a playgroup for the new bub because I can't spend the next 5 years like I just spent the last 5.

The thing is I can't put myself out there because I have this intense fear of rejection... like I don't like myself much, so I think "why the hell would somebody else want to be my friend?"

i have a VERY part time job, so i'm mostly a SAHM. i never do anything, ever... and it's depressing. lol.
