i know exactly how i got it and why my levels are as high as they are.

A girl I know just told me she and her sister both had it, and they take weekly vitamin b12 shots. I'm sure that would be outrageously expensive though.

ya it is. I used to take B50 complex vitamins but haven't had the funds (christmas killed me) to buy more.
