Smucker's Uncrustables

Uncrustables.....always saw 'em in the store, never bought them. Now I bought them and wished I had all along, they're wonderful!! I know...I know....how hard is it to just make a PB&J sandwich?? Not hard at all! But these are tasty, they don't get crumbs all over like the sandwich seems to do...and they are really convenient.
Just sharing because my son tried them, I tried some and he loves them!  

I buy them frequently for myself for lunch at work, throw one in my bag and by lunch it's thawed

My girls love them as well especially since they're not fans of crust but I hate how long it takes to thaw them lol. Plus they are kind of expensive, I buy them every now and then but yes a lot easier to just make them.

We don't buy them often.. but have you tried the PB & honey one? omg.. delish

I don't like all the preservatives, though I understand the convenience.

I make my own   So much cheaper and its the same thing. I have a little tool that cuts the circle and crimps the edges closed.

Yeah they are a bit pricey for something you could almost nothing on to just make yourself, lol. But sometimes convenience is key! If you were in a hurry, rushing out the door and wanted to pack a lunch/snack for the kid...well just throw a uncrustable in there with fruit or veggies or something and bam!

Hmm I haven't ever seen that kind, just the pb w/grape or strawberry.

I can't bring myself to buy them. They're so expensive!

DD loves them. But for the cost I could make like 30 more sandwiches myself

We have several of those that cut the sandwiches into animal shapes and cuts the crust off.

Its from pampered chef but I don't think they sell it anymore I've had it forever. I'll look and see if I can find one online to show you.

I make up a whole loaf of bread at a time and freeze them in sandwich baggies so the convenience is still there when needed. Only thing is it does wast a lot of the edge part of the bread but I just feed that to the birds so its not entirely wasted lol.
