I do ground beef, italian seasoned bread crumbs, and an egg. Then I either just put them in a pot with sauce to cook all day or I bake them.

I use Italian sausage and ground meat. Lots of seasonings, bread crumbs, garlic, A bit of milk and eggs to hold them together. I sear them up in a pan then throw them in the sauce for a good while to finish them off.

Lol. Thoughs taste so gud! And it really makes a quick meal. I always make my own sauce though bi guess sometimes I make meatballs- I always use a little egg fenyl garlic onion an oregano. With breadcumbs ofcourse. But I just don't usually have the time with my work schedules

Quoting Salad Fingers:" If I bake them, do I put oil on the pan or will the fat keep them from sticking? Should I use a cookie sheet or a baking dish? "

Depends on the type of meat you use. I get the cheap ground beef that has a lot of fat so I don't line it with anything but f you are using turkey or lower fat meat then use non-stick spray or foil to help with the sticking.

You shouldn't need any oil at all. When I bake them I take a cooling rack and put it in a baking dish then put the meat balls on top of the rack. That way they aren't sitting in all the drippings.
