Anyone have a yummy easy cupcake recipe?? Nothing chocolate. Im in charge of bringing cupcakes for bdays this month at work. I need something yummy, and fun. Were doing a potluck Friday, one guy and one girls bday this month.

Any ideas?

I was going to do red velvet, but it tastes like chocolate. Anything chocolate was vetoed.

I made ones really similar to these the other day for SO. He hates chocolate so I'm always looking for good "non chocolate" recipes.
