Houuuuuse!

I could poop myself right now.

We put an offer in on the PERFECT house yesterday. Our realtor is giving the guy 24 hours to respond, so sometime today we should know if he accepted it or not. I'm on pins and needles.
This guy bought this house in August, and gutted the entire thing. Every single thing is brand spankin' new.
& the best part? It's literally right behind the school that we were wanting to send our kids to. I can walk out our back yard, and there it is!
