Bad foot/feet pain?

Over the last month or so I have been having really bad foot pain. Mainly my left foot. It's not as bad on my right foot.

When I move my foot, it's like the top of my foot where the bones are hurt so bad. I can barely walk. Every time I walk it feel like bones are breaking or something. My feet are so tight. The top, outter sides and sometimes sole of my foot. I can't be seen by my new PCP until a month out. They told me to call the "Same day clinic" today at 8 am to get in today, but they were all booked up.

So now I'm wondering about going to the Urgent care clinic or ER ( Really don't want to) I just want to figure out what this horrible foot pain is. I've been putting this off for quite a while now   It's also making my left ankle hurt.

Has anyone had foot pain like this? I really don't want to go to the ER but I don't know if Urgent/Fast care would be able to do anything. Ugh.

Anyone have any idea what this pain could be or any insight on what I should do?
