My son will be 3 in a few days and we still co-bathe.
Not everyday, but pretty damn close to it.
He hasn't asked about any part of my body. but has grabbed my boobs a few times. nothing to make me feel weird though.

I think I will stop once it becomes uncomfortable for one of us. So if you aren't comfortable then stop let him shower with his dad or by himself. He just sounds curious but I can see where it would be awkward.

He smacks everybody too, but I just don't like when he's trying to stick his finger in my cooch. It's just weird and I've tried telling him that you don't do that to other people, and don't let anyone do it to you - but it's all a big joke to him.

If you are uncomfortable stop. I stopped when DS started touching, but he asked long before that. I just told him about male and female parts, we also have talks still about inappropriate touching. Really it is what you feel comfortable with.

I have to remind my daughter who is 3 about no touching. She's really good about it after being warned though. It's just normal curiosity and if you feel uncomfortable pass the duty to daddy.

I feel your pain. This is SO's excuse every time I ask him to take a shower with him. I just don't want to resort back to baths. I think they're nasty and they waste a lot of water and time.

My son is 3.5, if I'm in a hurry we will take a quick shower together but that only happens like once every 3 months. My DS has never shown interest in our body differences but if he did I would stop right then!
I think its pretty clear that its time to stop showering with your son. God forbid he starts telling people about your private parts...that would be embarrassing.

I never co-showered more then once or twice and he was 1 and my DD once and shes 4months..Showers are the only times out of the day were I can escape my little wee ones for a few, lol yes my showers my down time

I think it is age my son turned 3 back in August and he is very interested in the fact that we don't have the same parts I remember he was almost 3 when he told me my peanut (his word for penis) was broken cause mine didn't stick out I explained that we didn't have the same parts because I was a girl then he told me it's ok you can have mine. lol last night he told me I had two boobs and he has two nips then proceeded to say boys don't have boobs only mommy's lol kids are funny but I really think it is the age.

We still co-shower sometimes but mostly I let him in at first wash him up wrap his towel around him and then wash myself while he plays with his cars on the floor.

We cobathed until we didn't fit anymore. I think showering may be harder as your cooch is right at eye level versus below the waterline though. Stop when it no longer works for your family.
