I still let my son jump in with me or his dad if he asks, he's 6. He started touching and askig about our bodies around three. We used it as an opportunity to tell him about people's bodies and differences and all about boundaries as well. We said if he can't follow the no touching rule then we would stop letting himn come in wih us. He did it once or twice and when he did we made him get out and diet let him shower with us again for a week or so. It only took kicking him out a few times before he got the point and we haven't an issue with inappropriate touching since. And he's not really curious about our bodies anymore, except the fact that mine is rapidly growing from his little brother on the inside. Lol the whole family, DH, dd (2), ds(6), and myself took a shower lastnight to save time and water.

It works out good for me just becareful that the bathroom is not cold outside the shower when you do it. I always let the heat run for 10 minuets before hand to make sure the bathroom is good and warm.
