But he would still have to take me to court for visitation, correct? my son will be three months next Wednesday, and bd has seen him once, when he was 4 weeks. he wont come see him anymore and he wont help me at all financially. He is married (they were separated while we were dating and got pregnant, she also just had a baby two weeks after me, different father.) she wont allow him to come alone and since she has threatened me while I was pregnant and since I had him, I wont allow her in my home or around my son..I have proof of the threats and harassment from the time i found out i was pregnant (texts, fb messages, police report) will that hold up IF he takes me to court? I tried to get his address in december so i could file for CS but he wouldn't give it to me..he says I wont do it because then he will get visitation and I don't want that...let me add that I have tried my hardest to get him to be involved. I want my son to know his father, but he does whatever his wife says..oh and she takes her newborn to see his possible father (two possibilities) by herself..when bd did come to see my son at 4 weeks, she came with him..i tagged a pic of my son on bd's fb page and his wife deleted it. she said "that bullsmurf doesn't need to be on his page & no one needs to know he had that with me"
so..i'm not just being a bitch, trying to keep him away..i've tried but I give up now. .I just want something settled.
