oven baked bbq chicken, chicken casserole, tater tot casserole, ham casserole, cream cheese spaghetti bake, pulled chicken (crock pot), any homemade soup, home made enchiladas, home made ravioli, and that's all I can think of right now.

I was in a rush and made this tonight. I had already made the mayo and dry ranch dressing a few days before so I just poured some into the pan and then on top afterwards, and was out of panko so I used italian breadcrumbs. It was smurfing amazing O.O

Not the best picture.

3 chicken breast
Few tbsp pesto (not sure how much  )
1/2 lb penne pasta
2 tsp olive oil
8 oz tomato sauce (Hunt's Basil, Garlic, and Oregano is best)
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup half and half
Salt & Pepper (To Taste)

1. Slice chicken breast, dip in pesto, then cook in olive oil.
2. Boil pasta in large pot.
3. Remove chicken. Set aside. Add tomato sauce, chicken broth, half and half, and salt and pepper. You can also add some more basil, garlic, etc., depending on your taste.
4. Drain pasta, and add sauce. Serve with chicken.

This has become a new regular at my house! It is delicious, and everyone loves it!(:

For the sauce Boil 5 tomatillos (they're like tomatoes but green)
1 jalapeņo. Than blend the tomatillos, jalapeņo, cilantro, some onion, garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and salt to taste. (Add some water)

Simmer the sauce for about 5-10 min depending on how thin you want the sauce

Heat up whatever oil you use and once it's ready put in the tortilla and do like 30 sec on each side than put it in the Sauce. Take it out and put in in a clean dish, put the chicken and fold it. You can top it off with Mexican cheese and sour cream maybe even lettuce and some slice tomatoes

Hope you understand.. I'm not so good in giving recipes
