tattoos

I got my first tattoo december 1st. It is a memorium for my grandpa. It is in my chest, above my heart. I want another tattoo. I want to do something with my kids names. Any of you ladies have your kids names tattooed on you? I was thinking of putting roses with the kids names in the middle. Only thing is where I work I cant have a tattoo showing. Any ideas you ladies have would be appreciared

I got a tattoo going down my spine for my son. It isn't his name though. It says thanks to you I breath again in French and then has his birthday in Roman numerals.

I think name tattoos are tacky, even if it is your children's names.

I don't have my kids' names, but I have a rose for each of them, full blooms in color for my living children, and white buds for my miscarriages. I have another bud I have to get, and in July another full bloom(provided things keep going well).

I have quite a lot of tattoos, visible ones too, but I cover them up when at work.
I am planning in getting a tattoo later this year (after my baby is born) on my upper right thigh - that way I can have it to a decent size for detail.
Don't forget to think about placement not only for work but also I keep in mind that you'll want it to flow with the part of your body where it is placed - which most professional tattooists can assist you with.

That's be nice. My mom has a butterfly on her lower back that has a cc and a jj in it. Me and my brothers initials. It's pretty cool.

I have a phoenix for my daughter that I lost. I don't have one for my 3 week old currently, I don't know what I will be getting yet.

Thanks! That was right after I got it done, which was almost a year ago. Looks way better now!

I have my dd name along side her birth flower on my calf. I also have my name in a banner & can barely be read now. & I don't like names/lettering unless they have room bc of how much they fade together. IMO I like pictures more to represent me. As far as tattoos.
