Does your LO(s) help in the kitchen?

As in help you cook? Or bake? I want to get my LO more into it.
What are some favorites?

Just baking.
I don't cook often or well.

cookies or cakes. my 3yr old loves helping make cakes because she can actually stir because it doesnt get too rough. lol

Baking not general cooking though.

But she does make her own breaky and lunch most days.

I let her stand up on a chair and watch when I make meals.

When I kick her out of the kitchen (If I am frying something)

She always says, "But mom, I have cooking power."
