I'm 5'10" & 145 lb. With the exception of my lack of breasts, I look damn good.

I take levothyroxine, but because my levels are constantly cycling, they are always "chasing" my thyroid with the synthroid levels.

I havne't looked in to vitamin C, though. I know Vitamin D helps.

I'm on levothyroxine too. Same stuff as synthroid. Vitamin C helps absorption. I've been on a "thyroid" diet which I think is helping. My antibodies are all jacked up. It's over 25,000 instead of like 1200

Gluten free (mostly   ) paleo like diet. Low fat and cholesterol high fiber.

Turns out like everything I like down to cauliflower is terrible for me.

Thank you! I have been looking into b12 because most days, regardless of how much I sleep, I drag ass ALLLLL day long.


ETA: No wonder I feel like smurf, everything I eat is on the don't list and the things I rarely eat are on the do list.
