Toddler getting sick?

He's eating fine. Pooping and peeing fine. But his cheeks are reader than anything I've seen on him. He has never had a pink face and it looks like someone put a bunch of blush on his cheeks. In a perfect little circle each side. No fever that I can tell. He has been nursing a lot more than usual. Could this be the beginning of a virus or something?
