cardio. for 45-60 mins at a fast pace to sweat. when u sweat u sweat out sodium and water. oh and dont eat anything salty either.

buffy i know im late on this one, Adam is home already.
but i do have a suggestion that helped me take off 10 lbs in 3 days.
for future reference of course 

eat nothing but raw green veggies and baked meat (ex. chicken fish steak, not ground beef) do this for 3 days

its also a good way to get your body ready for a diet that your body isnt used to.
