Weak bladder
posted 15th Jan
My daughter is 2 years and a few months old. Ever since I gave birth to her (she was a pretty big baby if it matters, just over 11 and a half lbs), whenever I cough or sneeze or sometimes even stretch, I pee myself a little. I don't know if it's normal for this to happen this long after giving birth. It's really interfering with other aspects of my life. If it happens at school and I'm not prepared with a pantyliner or pad, it's embarrassing. If it happens in front of SO, he's a little offput by it. If I'm out in public, I have to leave immediately. I can't keep living like this. I do kegal exercises multiple times a day and have since she was born and it doesn't help. If anything, it's gotten a lot worse over time. What do I do?

I've had the same problem since my first, and he was small (4lbs 7oz). It has gotten worse with each child and I do kegals as well. It's not super bad though, just a little squirt here and there. I just wear liners to catch it.
Since yours is interfering with your life, I would definitely talk to your doctor about it.
