6 months prego and have nothing for baby!

tell me does any one else have this issue? i mean im 25 weeks 4days pregnant and NO WHERE near prepared for the baby. Im gunna be having a boy and im due april 26th. im gunna have my baby shower march 9th so should i wait til after my baby shower to start worrying bout what to get?

Nope I wasnt my mom was all crazy and superstitious so she made me wait till 7 months to buy anything,

Im 22 weeks and all I have are 14 onsies lol. I think we should get an "emergency bag" ready. A pack of diapers, wipes, a couple bottles, some formula, and maybe get like a small bassinet or pack in play incase baby comes early. My baby shower is in March too

dude i started buying the day i found out haha, it's completly up to you though, but i'd start buying little bits to avoid rushing about once hes born

I am pretty sure I wasn't ready at 25 weeks...LOL
I waited until after the shower to get everything I needed. I went ahead and bought the big stuff though. I am still not done but almost.  

I don't really have anything either, I am not having a baby shower just because no one will come do to the fact NO ONE agreed with me having this baby so I will be waiting to get buy everything four weeks before hes due. Dont fret if I was you id wait till after your shower to make it easier on you.

Is it a financial issue?Because there's grants out there you could apply for, also could tell people who are going to you're baby shower what you need.Would defo start saving if you haven't already though.Also Ebay is a great place to pick up decent cheap things which most have only been used a couple of times.

I'm 33 weeks and just started buying things last week. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll have everything you need in no time. Remember you still have 3 months before you'll use any of it.

Babies don't need much right away. Stop stressing and relax   you'll prolly get diapers and wipes, lotions, shampoo, and clothes maybe some toys at the baby shower. Take hospital diapers and wipes they give you a pack. If ur bfing ur set no bottles. U still have plenty of time but some babies hate cribs/bassinets and end up cosleeping. Usually obs give u a book n there's a coupon thing to get free stuff like a diaper bag or w.e from the hosp after delivery. Hosp. Usually has bunch of stuff to give u too. With dd2 hubby had to make 4 trips to the car bc they gave us so much- bags/totes, diapers, magazines, etc.

thanks everyone for the input. this is my first baby and im am only 19 and i ave no idea what to expect or what to do. lol. but i am the most worried about if he comes early and i have absolutely NOTHING ready for him! im super excited to be having him but i cant think of what im supposed to be buying for him right now even if i could.  

We havnt bought anything but we don't know 100% what we are having yet. With my second we only had a few outfits when he was born. He came almost two weeks early and we had planned to do the majority of the shopping that weekend when he was born. We didn't even have a crib lol. But when I was in the hospital my SO took care of all that. Don't sweat, you have plenty of time.

The day I found out what I was having this go round, I started buying. I bought so much, that friends and family were complaining they didn't know what to get me for the baby shower. On the day of my baby shower, which was when I was 32 weeks, I had the nursery done, swing set up, pack and plays put in their spots, and was showing off Bailey's room to everyone. The only thing I didn't have, that I needed when she was born, was my bobby pillow.

Done the same lol, bought everything by the time I was 12 weeks now my family's complaining that there was nothing for them too buy lol.Can't resist it though.
