Getting pregnant after ectopic pregnancy and tube removal

I was wondering how long it took you ladies to conceive after having an ectopic pregnancy and removal of one tube? I had mine removed last December, so 13 months ago, and still nothing.

I have a friend that had an eptopic and one.tube removed 3 years ago and hasn't been able.to get pregnant :/ that was her first pregnancy too  

My SIL had conceived about 10 months after her ectopic pregnancy. Baby came out perfectly fine.

Off and on 4 years. We'd get discouraged and stop. We did NFP for the most part and during our "off" time we ended up conceiving.

Ectopic/tubal rupture and surgery April '08
Conceived July '11(early miscarriage, I didnt even know I was pregnant, went to the ER with heavy cramping and heavy bleeding)
Conceived next cycle Sept '11 - DS#2 is 7 months

At least it nice to hear it is possible. I've become so frustrated with my body.

I'm in O'side I just have San Marcos on here for some reason.  

I know the frustration, sadness and disappointment. We had to take breaks TTC it just would get to be too much not getting a BFP every month. I guess what they say is true sometimes that you're most fertile after a loss because we werent even trying after the miscarriage, there was way too much going on in our lives to even think about a baby.

We weren't "trying" for a while but now that we have been and every month its a let down, it gets harder and harder to think about. I knew my chances would be cut in half when I had the surgery, but I didn't expect it to be THIS hard.
