Soo mad! (vent)

So I went for a ultrasound yesterday. I told the tech (who didn't even speak good english) that we wanted to know the baby's sex. She said I wasn't far along enough yet. I'm 18 weeks! She didn't even TRY to see what the baby was. I didn't even get to see the screen until the last 5 minutes of the U/S. The pics she gave me were horrible too. I guess I should be happy that the baby is healthy, but jeeze. I'm SO dissapointed with the experience. Anyone else have a bad exp like mine?

I would have a discussion about that with the office manager unless you are having another one done at 20 weeks.

Thats stupid. I'm scheduled for a u/s to find out the sex on the 29th I'll only be 15 weeks.

The woman who does my ultrasounds was reluctant to show me the screen at my last appointment as well. But she was making a video of it so maybe she wanted it to be a surprise. lol Either way, I was almost 20 weeks along when I found out the gender of my son. 19 weeks and 5 days along, to be precise.

I agree with Jjnicole330, unless you've got an appointment coming up REALLY soon [no later than 21 weeks], I'd have a talk with whoever is in charge.

i found the sex at 16 weeks then i had another u/s at 18 weeks and still girl, then another one at 20 weeks still girl, then another one 28 weeks and still girl!! she sounds a bit rude to me...

Well I think I'm going to go get a 2D done at a place that only charges $25.00. I definitely will call the U/S office and complain though. I was too upset to say a word yesterday...I probably would have used alot of profanity :p

wow 25.00 thats good!!when i had to get a 2/d done i had to pay 100.00 dollars and that was at a private place..

I know! I was so excited when I found the place on line! The 3-D's are only $75.00 so I may just do that. Plus I get a free cd of the whole thing
