Love it!   I read all the Game of Thrones books when I was pregnant + it was one of my name choices lol. Stuck with Abbey in the end though, my 1st name choice.

It's a character from Game of Thrones, which is where DH got it from. We named DD Aria and he wanted to spell it with a y because of Game of Thrones...I told him no a. because I don't want our daughter named after a fantasy book, that's just too nerdy lol and b. It looks like it should be said are-ya.

Meh. It kind of reminds me of people saying are ya. Like are ya gonna .....so not a fan. Aria is close and cute

If you spell it Arya, when she grows up kids may make fun of her cause her name is spelled wrong there are plenty of names that have Y's in them (search them so if miss spelled sorry)

Its not just the Y. I'm Cry my husband is Bry so we wanted a Ary.

I think it is completely unnecessary to ruin the name Aria by spelling it wrong.
