That is the problem when they start to flip images and stuff with vaginal scans. I would say boy for the top picture and girl for the bottom, lol. I really have no way of telling which one she flipped. The theory is that the boys are on the right and girls on the left. Also, what I read said it was most accurate between 5-7 weeks. After that the accuracy tends to go down from there since the placenta starts to form and can move after that. Just so you can see...here are my scans from my 5th and 6th pregnancies. I'm sure its not correct all the time, but was right on all 6 of mine from the early scans. Good luck though...lots of pink dust for you!
This is from my 5th at 5w4d - clearly on the left and so should be girl...she was a girl.
Here is my last one at 6w2d and it is on the right and so should be boy...and he is a boy.
