I can't see the links because I'm on my phone, but I feel the same. Don't mind the stretches but my "pouch" is horrid, disgusting. I can't even describe it and how much I hate it. And the only way to ever get rid of it is with a tummy tuck. No amount of toning will make this sucker be remotely flat :-( It sucks that I have to live with it, it makes me miserable.

I felt like a slopopotomus after I had Jade, I didn't lose any weight after my 1st I was back in my old clothes less than a month, after Jade I stayed at 168lbs, when I'm usually 128... then I got preg again 1 yr after her, I was sooo over it

I finally lost all the weight maybe when mas was 1 yr I finally had to buy smaller jeans I went from size 12 to a 7-9 stayed there for a while then down to a 6 few months ago, now I think I need to try a 5 finally, I'm a long way from my old size 1s but its do-able

Start walking and use small dumbells... I did that even right after I had my last 1 lol with my 1st he was in nicu for 6 weeks the parking garage had smelly elevators so I was climbing 6 fights of stairs 4 times a day at least...

You are 12 days PP! Jesus, love you just housed an entire being in your uterus! Give it some time to heal before you berate it for not looking right!

You look fine love. You look like you have JUST had a baby. And trust me, there are people who look worse (me for example) I looked like smurfe after I had my kids, but now I look better than BEFORE I had them

Don't worry lady! I am in the same boat, I had my DD almost 11 months ago and I am still struggling with my tummy troubles.   I am hoping to regain my body back sooner than later, but I am hoping that I it will rebuild my confidence in myself as well.

Its a fast drastic change to your body. It's normal to have kind of a shock about it. But don't let it depress you as that doesn't help with weight loss mama.

A good chunk of it is hormones. Like you said, you just had a baby, it took 9 months to get that way, it is going to take awhile to get back. I'm 18 days pp, so I'm right there with you.

Thanks! Im hoping the gym and breast feeding will get me back to my old body , I cant wait to be completely healed so I can start working out

My husband was giving me the update on almost a daily basis "oh you only look seven months pregnant now" not helpful.

We must have had our babies on the same day, mines 12 days old today too, he's my third and the weight sticks around more after every pregnancy I feel. I don't have a single pair of pants that fit other than leggings and yoga pants. Getting dressed to go anywhere makes me feel like smurf. I even wore spanks under my yoga pants today to go to the doctors. I am so tempted to start doing crunches on my exercise ball but I know I should wait, especially because I havepelvic organ prolapse.

I just want to wear normal clothes again! Even my maternity pants make me look all lumpy and fat.

I'm 7 weeks pp. I absolutely hate my body with a passion. My mom keeps telling me I just had a baby. But I want my body back.
