My first time was today. It seemed to help. I have it again tomorrow. It's a little umm "personal" as they have to feel your pelvic bone for separation and the muscles on the sides of the labia. But it's over clothes. Just a little personal I'm sure for some people. Idgaf if it helps haha!!! I guess they don't learn that stuff in school. A couple methods he invented himself and they have shown good results. And some he's learned from conferences around the country. But he's teaching the methods to another physical therapist here at the hospital and she's gonna do my care from now on since she's here more. He just did it today to ass my needs to give to her. I guess he does a lot of work with pregnant women and women who have pain from vulvar and cervical cancer. He said a lot of women live with terrible Pain after having those types of cancer and most of it is not necessary   how sad.

oh just because of us not knowing about VP before going into labour. I always wish they would have caught it on one of my 7 ultrasounds

Oh gotcha. Yeah they said if I hadn't went to the peri I did it would have very easily been undiagnosed. Even the second peri who did my u/s yesterday wouldn't have thought that was the vessel unless she was told it was there. I guess it's huge donut looks like its part of the baby's body cause she's squished into it do it moves with her. She just thought it was her moving. Did u see my new post? I don't remember if u ventured in there or not.
