Light cramping? (Constipation?)

posted 15th Jan
I had some light cramping last night. Nothing horrible but it was noticeable. Was worried, but I've also been constipated the last 14 damn weeks, so it's probably just from that yeh? I've never had constipation before so I'm a little new to how it makes your body feel lol

Going to whip out the doppler and check mah feti's BP but figured I would ask here because I'm sure some of you have more experience with constipation than I do!

Update: I'm 14w 6d

I'm due a few days before you   and have had some severe cramping due to constipation but some orange juice did the trick you can usually tell what's constipation and what's cramps just take it easy aslong as you're not bleeding you'll be fine if the constipation consists talk to your gp or midwife

Doc suggested high fiber diet and stuff..I do that, and take fiberone tablets, and drink apple juice cause that usually gives me the opposite problem..still horribly backed up lol

Tried the doppler, wouldn't sit still enough for me to get BP but was kicking up a storm so I'll take that as a "I'm fine, stop poking me damnit" lol

Same here! Lol I just got out of the hospital yayyy but the almost 2 weeks was there I had to be monitored for 20 minutes twice a day and it would take an hour or more to get 20 minutes every time lol and the nurses would always be like "OMG he just kicked me!"
