Yup, its so hard to finld bread without it that I just bake my own. "Health" bread sold at the store is usually not a yummy texture.

I don't have a set recipe, I try different ones depending on what I have! I like allrecipes for finding recipes though, the reviews are awesome!

I'll check there.

Do you by chance make your brown rice in bulk and freeze it into portioned sizes? I've heard of that, I have a big bag of brown rice and don't really want to spend 50 minutes on rice each time I want to cook it....but it is cheaper (and probably healthier) than the instant kind.
